Matsuno Mold is seeking overseas partners who will work with us in our effort to manufacture quality goods. Candidates for this collaboration are required to:

◼ be capable of manufacturing high quality goods at low cost and with a short delivery time;
◼ be able to deal with modifications and maintenance needs after shipment to Japan (having your subcontractors in Japan take care of it is also acceptable);
◼ have an interpreter with excellent language skills and sufficient knowledge of molds in your organization (to have a Japanese-speaking interpreter on duty at all times is a mandatory requirement);
◼ be capable of performing mold insertion, mirror finishing and mirror polishing;
◼ have the skill to manufacture with ±0.005 mm accuracy;
◼ be capable of creating 2D data from 3D models;
◼ be capable of taking measurements using a coordinate measuring machine and submitting measurement data;
◼ be able to conduct transactions with steel manufacturers designated by Matsuno Mold;
◼ maintain confidentiality; and
◼ meet the payment terms specified by Matsuno Mold.
