Matsuno Mold is seeking overseas partners who will work with us in our effort to manufacture quality goods. Candidates for this collaboration are required to:<\/p>\n
\u25fc be capable of manufacturing high quality goods at low cost and with a short delivery time;
\n\u25fc be able to deal with modifications and maintenance needs after shipment to Japan (having your subcontractors in Japan take care of it is also acceptable);
\n\u25fc have an interpreter with excellent language skills and sufficient knowledge of molds in your organization (to have a Japanese-speaking interpreter on duty at all times is a mandatory requirement);
\n\u25fc be capable of performing mold insertion, mirror finishing and mirror polishing;
\n\u25fc have the skill to manufacture with \u00b10.005 mm accuracy;
\n\u25fc be capable of creating 2D data from 3D models;
\n\u25fc be capable of taking measurements using a coordinate measuring machine and submitting measurement data;
\n\u25fc be able to conduct transactions with steel manufacturers designated by Matsuno Mold;
\n\u25fc maintain confidentiality; and
\n\u25fc meet the payment terms specified by Matsuno Mold.<\/p>\n
